THE MADE-TO-ORDER PROCESS

 

Each and every item at By Shyanne the Label is hand made to order. Each garment has a specific production time which is noted in the product descriptions. 
Once you place your order, we then cut your selected size and colour for manufacturing. Once sewn, your order is packaged by our small team and posted.
You will then receive an email with your tracking number and instructions. If you are unsure of your order status, you can also log into your By Shyanne the Label account and all of your order information will be there.
We strive to manufacture your garments as quickly as possible without jeopardising the perfect quality. Please be patient with your order and email support@byshyannethelabel.com should you have any questions. 
Once your order has been packaged, you will receive an email from our shipping provider with your tracking details.

      International orders will be shipped with full tracking details. Any customs fees or taxes that may be associated with your purchase from By Shyanne the Label are the responsibility of the customer. Customs charges and taxes differ from country to country and from state to state. It is suggested you contact your local customs department if you are unsure if any taxes or fees are relevant to you.
