Exchanges are now offered on all orders
- An item can be returned within 14 days of delivery for an exchange. This does not include sale items.
- We will not exchange or refund an item due to change of mind.
- Items must be received in original condition - unworn, unwashed, free of marks, with all tags still attached.
- All swimwear returns must have their hygiene seal intact.
- We process all exchanges within 2 business days of receiving your items.

How To Exchange an Item:
- If you would like to exchange an item please fill out the Exchanges Form sent with your order.
- Due to the popularity of our items we cannot guarantee that we will have the requested item in stock to exchange. We cannot set items aside for exchange.
- Any exchanges requested that we do not have in stock will be automatically issued with a store credit in the form of a gift voucher.
- By Shyanne does not accept returns unless the item is deemed faulty or damaged.
